None of options solve the problem. It's 1st time I got it (but something is telling me it's not the last one) so I'm asking here. Any thoughts? (I suppose it's because of title screen, funny thing: can play BDO can play S.T.A.L.K.E.R. still can't launch simple "slideshow" )

It's fully avoidable, depending on choices made before, you have to either solve the situation the first time (going in and not letting Jarvis bully you); or decide to get the help of ones of the cops, Danny, Dave or Mike; or going with Bill's help.

I don't remember anything from that far back, but I always do everything in female protag games to avoid the FUBs (Fat Ugly Bastards.) I also always filter blackmail out from the tags here.
It's so funny how people here are so fixated on this game not having the ntr tag despite the ntr being so blatantly present in the game. If the sexes were reversed and the MC is a male and it's the wife who is cheating on him, people would be screaming that the ntr tag is missing. The definition of ntr clearly applies in this game but somehow logic is just ignored. It doesn't matter if the husband is an asshole, ntr is ntr with all its definition.

So when I got this narrative on the package option A she went to Dave and beheaved like a girlfriend so that's a continuity error and the other option took me to an old guy's house and saw two characters I Didn't even remember existed so I must have branched off them at the first option. Proabably I get the option to skip these two scenes on the next update but I at least wanted to report it. My update should have ended after the Katherine scene, it would have been a single scene update for me but that's fine I know I branched off of many routes myself.

For the other branching, yes, you shouldn't have been able to go on Dave road if not on it, I must have missed a check.
For the Jarvis and Bill scene, you get on this path if you didn't fully resolved the situation the first time around, so if you chose to not go in the first time, you just postponed the problem, to solve it fully the first time, you need to go in and don't let Jarvis bully you.
But I think I'll rewrite a few lines to make things more seamless for those that didn't go in the first time.

Here's the problem with applying the NTR tag to this game. It is one short scene, that can be missed depending on choices. If the tag is applied, NTR fans will be flocking to this thread shouting, "WHERE THE HELL IS THE NTR!?"
Perhaps the tag should be applied regardless. But I rather think the developer would prefer to deal with you two than with those guys.

I sincerely can't remember. I've been following the game practically since the start and besides one corrupted save during 2.something I never started over again since i'ts not something I usually do. Ill have to endure those two if I made a mistake somewhere no problem.
Though it might fuck up your ending roads depending on how the scene ended...
But I think looking back, I'll make an adjustment for those that choose "not to go in" the first time, it was supposed to be an end of this road after all for those not wanting the content, the way I wrote this new scene kind of walk back on this choice in a way... So I think I should rewrite it.
The easiest way to go, would be to have those that chose to ignore Jarvis the first time, to have the package coming from Anthony and not Jarvis (as if they had solved it already), I'll look this up for next update or release just a modification of the current one.
By the same logic, other tags should be removed too since they can be missed and it's not even "short". That event was pivotal to the story. It was a plot defining event. Even other games that has an ntr start despite not focusing on ntr also have ntr tag. If a tag applies to the game, then it should be tagged as such. Games with less ntr elements than this are also tagged with ntr. If a game with a single anal sex scene can cause an anal sex tag, then it is even more imperative that a game with a crucial ntr scene should be tagged with ntr.
How on earth was that not ntr from the MC's standpoint? She got cheated on by her husband, she was devastated and in tears, so much so that avenging that betrayal was important to the story which can lead to physical assault. It lead to a divorce and legal dispute over custody.
It's so funny how the developer is just liking this comment instead of properly addressing this. Everyone with common sense knows that the reasonable thing to do is to add the appropriate tag. You literally just have to apply simple logic. Does this game have ntr? Yes? Then it should have ntr tag.

Myriam gets plenty of revenge on her husband by literally fucking everyone, but I think it was William who was the first to bang her after she told him about Anthony cheating. But she doesn’t fuck anyone in front of Anthony except for his coworkers gangbang which he setup

Yeah, thats one problem of the tags sadly, happens with many tags, "gay" for example? Feels like more then 50% of games tagged with it have one obscure sidescene with it somewhere and thats it... would probably be good to give tags categories "minor" and "major", then they could put in "ntr" here as a "minor" tag, indicating that it is only a tiny part, while actualy ntr games would have it as a "major" tag, indicating that it is a main part of the game.
