I wonder what Myriam would do if she walked in on Marc and Katherine going at it? How many heads would explode if it were Anthony and Katherine? It's no longer incest, right?

The upcoming update on April 4th, for now it's only in early access for higher tiers patrons on Patreon and SubscribeStar.

Marc is still in, and by making Anthony and Myriam not married, is not even "step-brother" in the Patreon version, so it should be possible (then of course in the incest patch it would go to be brother and sister, complicating more life for Myriam, especially if Myriam had herself "activity" with Marc).
Maybe Myriam only seeing it and talking about it later, rather than walking in, since "walking in", in the naughtiest case would allow also for the possibility of Myriam joining, or somehow instructing Katherine - there had been some past suggestions about that possibility.
But insofar as Katherine is there at the same time in which Myriam does anything sexual, Patreon could object - apparently Patreon had prohibited to Zorlun any sexual scene in which both Myriam and Katherine participate, even if they are not having sex with each other.
So, that would mean to stay in Patreon limits (at the border), probably the closest to a "walking in and joining" would be Myriam coming in, sending Katherine away, and then seeing how she acts with Marc, and if he tries something with her (and then again, how she reacts to that).
And if while that happen (whatever happens, there is enough margin for the Myriam cuts the possibility, Myriam dom, Myriam sub in the way started with the "dream", or Myriam sub sub), would also have to be seen if Katherine really goes away, or stay around the corner and watch and hears what happens.

Notice if Katherine is in hetero or bi, at least as tendency, Zorlun indicated she is meant to have a soft spot for William (bi does not exclude men, and honestly, I know women who do not consider themselves lesbians, nor bi, but will do some sexual activity also with a close female friend, not only with men), and that would seem as going against her doing anything with Marc, although in reality it is not said 100%.
Notice also Zorlun had been explicit in excluding sexual activity with Katherine, since the only possibility originally foreseen was scenes in which Myriam would be the lead and maybe Katherine a kind of "extra", and given Patreon's prohibition.
I am one of those trying to pester him
a bit to allow some sexual content for Katherine (though considering Katherine is not Myriam, even if she is her daughter), and he did a concession in the last update, but it is to be seen how much he wil indulge some players in that direction, also because he is keen to keep the focus of the game on Myriam.Plus, let's not forget there is Jennifer that has to play a role even with Katherine (she is close friend to her). Or maybe cousin Eve could also help Katherine with "tips" and practical examples, and later even offer a massage to Katherine. I am not sure if Patreon's list included cousins, but I think it did not, Jennifer is not even a cousin, and as far as the activity is only with Jennifer and Eve, Patreon has not forbidden lesbian stuff.
Zorlun had also explicitly excluded anything between Marc and Katherine, and that, from before Patreon's intervention - so, even forgetting the other possible objections, indeed as you say "Not that I think it will happen"
, but...There are many ideas that come to (my) mind about how things could go to reach a "Marc with Katherine" scene, but I decided it was better to cancel what I wrote as ISPOILER already - no point tossing too many brainstorming ideas around, they may end up complicating Zorlun's work, instead of helping him.

Zorlun explicitly stated it won't happen, to the exact person you just responded to. That dude comes by every few weeks and asks for a Cassius/Kat scene, disappears, and then reappears again every few weeks asking for it again as if the previous conversations had never happened. That depends on what Katherine sees her mother doing. In my game she's done nothing with any dude but girls and animals. So hoping that'll make Katherine want to get to know Myriam more and to experiment with her.

The only reason the patch exists is because of Marc, as he's no longer Myriam's son. Scenes with him can continue, Kat remains Myriam's daughter, though, so no scenes with her without patreon banning the shit out of Zorlun
That's not the kind of patch they're talking about. The Prometheus patch has absolutely nothing to do with Marc, it just adds beastiality scenes to the game. Scenes which don't exist in any way on the unpatched game, because you can put images and entire scenes into RPAs. Something that's frequently done with loli/shota games so they can be shared and posted here.
Now hypothetically Prometheus could make a Myriam x Katherine scene and add it to the patch. There's no need to change relations, just a scene that only exists in a patched version that isn't available on Patreon. A scene which *cough**cough* isn't made by Zorlun so he has no control over it and Patreon wouldn't do anything.
Who knows, I'm not holding out any hope for it but it'd absolutely make my day for it to happen. Katherine is probably my favourite girl here and her and Myriam are so sweet together. Plus some good mother daughter incest is one of the rarest setups on this site and I think Katherine would be perfect for it.
It is not only a scene. Since my patch is built around the Prometheus one, but without any coordination/collaboration, my patch does not touch the rpa with it, in practice Prometheus (ehm), could need to take over the incest patch.
Not a "legal" problem, I give the source with the patch, but means extra work for Prometheus.
Prometheus patch till now adds up some scenes, which change variable and allow the furry path, but otherwise do not change the main flux of the game - if one does not have the "furry lover" active, will see the same identical story, minus the sex with animals scenes.
Even my patch, does not change the flux of the game - I always said, and is a reason Zorlun has no problems with it, that I have no intention of changing the flux of the game, it his flux to manage.
The maximum I did was upping a variable already defined by Zorlun, and add in the dialogue with the shrink the possibility of the reference to incest - but that dialogue was already in the flux of the game.
Adding scenes with Katherine and Myriam doing stuff together, would seem to change the flux (a bit like doing stuff at school, means arriving too late at the gym to do stuff with Lucy, though if one cheats with URM, can change the variable and see the stuff at the school, go back to do stuff with Lucy, come back to the original path, and then change the variables so he has the game set as if he had done both things, though need to be careful that in future this does give errors).
If that is the case, it is something that would be very different from the way the Prometheus patch has been working till now - would not add some "parallel" stuff to the main flow of the game, would modify it, which would make it more complex to make.
