Would sisters or cousins sharing the same cock in a threesome be considered incest? I would say no, but I assume patreon would disagree with me. Seems if there is any doubt, patreon sees it as being incest.

Option to have incest is still incest and should be tagged as such. This is the first time I see a game not being tagged because of incest patch lol.

I disagree. Tags should only be for the vn not mods. But sadly the tag system here is broken and the powers that be refuse to fix it so most do tag for mods as well.
Thus making some vns a target for certain services TOS violations even if the dev isn't involved at all with said mods.
Several vns don't have any land lord / Tennant bullshit and someone makes a crappy mod and it gets tagged incest which is not a true representation of the vn itself. Incest fans play it and are disappointed and those that avoid incest avoid it even though the real material has nothing to do with incest.
Bottom line the tag system is broken and needs fixed

How the rules are enforced on each channel seems to come down to who is moderating it, in my opinion. It does not always seem consistent.

Prometheus, who is absolutely not related to Zorlun in any way and is a fan modder for the game, has said no. Plans could always change I suppose but don't get your hopes up.

Uh, honestly, I am the one making the incest patch, but I never realised incest was not in the tags - though you are probably right that at a certain point Zorlun had to ask to take it out, since he had eliminated it, till when I stepped in to put it back (but did not look at the tags).
I put down the tag when people told me there was no more incest, I'll put it back when I'll put back some incest, simple as that.

No interference. Download the public version from here. It has already the bestiality patch. Then, install the incest patch.
You can just either delete the old version and just put this one in a new folder or put this one over the old one, your saves are kept elsewhere. Nothing special to do.
Is there an incest patch? I know about the Prometheus Patch reinstating bestiality content cos I get the version where it's pre-loaded via Subscribestar. But incest content is still omitted, so if there is a Patch then Zorlun isn't officially involved with it. I remember him saying something about a possible incest patch, and maybe including it later. But that obviously isn't the case as things stand.

From my perspective, regardless of what you think about incest in the real world, it's all nonsense. Because in a game, all we have is a portrayal of incest or bestiality. It's not actually happening. How is it any different to porn videos, where actors and actresses pretend to be mothers and sons, fathers and daughters or brothers and sisters? There is no difference. No real person is actually involved in this depiction of incest. There are literally tens of thousands of games depicting people murdering other people in graphic detail, which in real life is a heinous crime, but in games is apparently ok. So why the contradiction in response from so called moral crusaders?
About the incest patch, sorry, I was sure in one of my replies to your posts I had said explicitly, but I am a bit active in this forum lately, so probably it was in a reply to someone else's post that I had said.
There has been an incest patch for a couple of versions now, and it is done by me, so no connection with Zorlun.
We have at least two languages in common, and we had exchanged some posts about it, but otherwise, there is no connection between me and Zorlun, we even live in two different countries, and have different citizenships.
To be on the safe side with Patreon, he did not even say "yes go ahead, and people, install it", he only said "I am not stopping anybody from doing mods, just don't make a copy of my game and make a profit from it".
About your point on the moral crusaders, my guess is that someone would say that it can incite or educate people to do it.
Though honestly, the games here have always (AFAIK) a clear indication about being 18+, while the violent games you refer to end up even in the hands of kids, or are actually targeting kids, which is much worst in terms of "educating" or "making look normal".
That 's why then people are shocked that war (especially modern war) means death and destruction - they think in videogame way, reset and "how many lives do I still have" ?
And you can buy access to the "(fake) incest" videos with real people using the same credit cards you can use on Patreon, so the credit cards making problems is also kind of "two weights, two measures" and hypocrite (they will never really cut accepting porn payments support, too much money to make).
So, as far as my two cents are worth, I would agree with your that there is a bit of hypocrisy in some things
