In this update, does Myriam's choices during visiting Dr. Silver change any story paths? After her Nubia date she mentions her specifically in this session.
If that's how their relationship goes, with him continuing to be just like his dad and her being submissive to him, then sure.
If it's on a different path, then it wouldn't really fit.
Personally, I think that's just playing Marc as Anthony. Might as well have kept Anthony in the game. Also, that route looks like a bad ending because of that.
