Don't help Bobo (the homeless guy at the start) and you will have a chance with a relationship with William instead.

I have several different saves for different routes.

I believe that Myriam can still get with William later on, even if she helps Bobo. If I'm not mistaken, helping Bobo just cuts off the earlier content with William. After his mother goes into the hospital, I think there's a second chance.

I'd have to look at the game code to make sure but every playthrough where I help Bobo and miss that initial William scene, all of his content is inaccessible forever more.

It's a bit of both: You can still get some content with William, but it will be significantly reduced.

And you don't have to skip helping Bobo entirely, just don't be too long helping him. It's finding some food for Bobo that blocks off most of William's content, if memory serves.

You can help Bobo, you just need to be fast about it, JUST go for clothes and you will see William in front of the house, but if you go for clothes AND food, you'll take too long and miss him.

I opted to have Myriam take longer with Bobo, knowing that it would cut off Williams earlier content. But she was still able to have sex with him, after his mother went to the hospital. I don't remember cheating any of the tags, so I think that there's a second chance with William.

Think it cuts off a couple of choices, but not certain, shower scene at school with William and the church scene in the car with William instead of Marc, but that could get cut off if Marc is the dom as well I think. Did get the William car scene a couple of times, but mostly it ends up being Marc.

Yes. IIRC the old folks home was actually supposed to happen in chapter 3 but it was cut and pushed forward due to graphics card trouble.

It depends on what you are In to, for me is Idependent better, if you for humilation and abuse stay married there are some Hardcore hot scenes down that road (Hotwifing,etc)

Both are fine. I done a route where she is submissive and stays with him and he still fools around on her and she ultimately dumps him anyhow, so you're good either way.
