It usually takes ouch about 2 weeks to update the patch unless life issues pop up and delay it.

Since I had to deal with a number of issues in real life to be sure I had food on the table and a roof above my head, delaying the 510 update, while Zorlun is going to release next week the 511 update to subscriber, and one week after the public one, and that will include a correction for 509 that I will need to backport (like the other mods had to do), I am going to wait for 511 and do directly the update for 511 - though in principle and theory, I hope to be able to do it faster than the two weeks that have by now become my standard.
Though remember that in any case, I count the time from when the public version is available, not from when is released to subscribers.

I didn't want to pressure or offend anyone. If this question had already been answered, I didn't read it. After all, I too have to deal with everyday problems and sometimes I go weeks or even months without logging into f95.
In any case, I apologize.
This game is longer than any indie adult novel I've ever played. It's got so much variety in it and caters to almost almost all groups. I can't even imagine how long it must have taken to put it all together.

However, it's more about the time put in than the actual time the game has been out. Many games are produced at a snails pace and have far less content in 10 years of production or are abandoned.

I started to work on the intro during the summer of 2020 I think, learning to use the tools for fun as I had zero knowledge in it, and shared it towards the end of the year, and never stopped working on it since then.
At first it was motivated by simple frustration of not finding what I was looking for in any one game, so my curiosity pushed me to look on what was needed to try yourself at it, and just followed a few tutorials for starter, then I shared a crappy intro with a few ideas in head, never thinking it would really go anywhere more than a side project while I kept working on my art (I'm an artist and gallery manager as well), and to my own surprise it did talk to people, so I kept going and never stopped, and as ouch2020 said, it became plainly my full on job as I put nearly 13h to 15h a day in it.
And honestly it became a passion, I want to go explore new projects and create new games, but first, I have to finish Project Myriam, to prove as much to others than myself that I can bring a project to its end. ^^
Well, anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying the game and having fun with Myriam, I know it's definitely not perfect and I have a lot of thing to get better with, but it's always a pleasure to see people having fun with it anyway, I hope you keep having fun until the end and if luck has it, with the next ones too. ^^

I always wanted to start a game myself, but I can't seem to find the passion. I've been trying to get motivated by playing around with Stable Diffusion to create some adult art, but it's really hard to get going. It seems like this is a good time to make indie games with all of the tools available, but you have to really be dedicated to do it like yourself.
