Of course the final answer is for Zorlun to give, but if I remember well, Zorlun had said they could come back.
I think the trick at this stage is that with so many characters who have already had the possibility to have, or were hinted as potentially having in future, sexual interactions with Myriam (notice as I already wrote, I consider even the boys cumming on Myriam as a sexual interaction as well, being a bit legalistic on that ), that advancing and making all of them come back may require a number of updates, and maybe also all big updates, so Zorlun may have to start more or less silently to drop some character that had already some "interaction" or was a potential future "interaction".
The exceptions I can see (i.e. no potential sexual interaction with Myriam hinted at or that could have already happened), are Katherine, the keeper at the stables, the religious fanatic, the Polish mistery club man, the gym teacher (if we exclude the scene Myriam could have imagined if the player chose to, otherwise, that is definitively a sexual interaction ), the mover (he was introduced, but apparently without intention of using him for anything else), and the "corollaries" like the receptionist and the waitress at the club, the waiters at the museum and the boys on the metro (Zorlun has suggested their phrase about getting the metro again, and the fact of taking the picture of her, were as support for the scene, but with no intention of further episodes/"interactions"), Francis (being his muse does not require having sex with him, plus the homosexual stylist would fit a kind of stereotype
).The doubtful ones I see are Dr. Silver (against ethics and would cost license in theory, although he said himself he needs to be careful with this one), the lawyer (if she gave the videos and he gets too interested in them ?), Katherine's friend (Zorlun suggested an idea about nudist family to push Myriam exhibitionism, though she already has had opportunities to develop it, so it is not clear if there could be also sexual interaction with Myriam, one suggestion in the past was to use Katherine's friend as "proxy" to give some sexual interaction to Katherine less heavy than the ones of Myriam, without having direct sexual interaction Myriam-Katherine), the sweaty neighborough (different matter for his creepy father, there the expectation is that he will try something). Maybe also detective Anderson could become a possibility.
About "coming back", sorry, I know it is not linked to your question, but it came to mind, for others who were interested, as far as I recall Zorlun had hinted that, I think in the "social support for young people" , Myriam would come in contact again with the boys who had attacked Bobo, and especially for the ones who chose to intervene, if you remember their threats, that could mean some "interaction" for Myriam, potentially even a bit of a rough one.

There is no native incest in the game, there is a player/mod made patch on the OP for it you want it.
