No, I believe its been implied that Marc will not be a love interest for Marc (if thats what you meant by relationship). However you can change the type of relationship you have with him (dom/sub, etc)

Just asking because I tried to used some old saves, and still says 3.04 ended here and not 3.05. Are the saves not compatible with this version?
