looking at the rest of the file I think it should have been
JCLVN2 = "{size=24}{color=#f00}\n(Cleavon -2)"

If you found it somewhere else, probably.
You can also disable it entirely by a decision pretty early in the game.

There's alot of content that goes under patch so I don't think it's much different to whatever earlier Patreon events you are refering to.
