Nobody is disagreeing with you about that.
The problem is not us, is Patreon, what they told Zorlun, and whether Zorlun decides he can risk their wrath. If it was the last update of the game, he could do it without problems, but we are far from it.

Patreon is always the problem. Fortunately, more and more game developers are realizing that using Patreon is a mistake, and are choosing to use only options which don't censor them. Unfortunately, there are still far too many (the vast majority, in fact) who think it's okay to make a deal with the devil.
Also, waiting until the final update and then releasing prohibited content would not be a solution. We already know that Zorlun plans to make another game after this one is finished, so he will still want to keep his Patreon page.
The solution, therefore, is for any incestuous content involving Katherine and Myriam to be released in the SubscribeStar version only, and not included in the Patreon version.
If he wants to include it (and I would certainly be in favor), then he could once again include it in the SubscribeStar version only.
Some games fly under the radar for a long time. If Patreon becomes aware of it, they'll certainly shut it down.
Well, unfortunately, no.
There was an old public discussion, and even a direct PM dialogue with Zorlun before I released the incest patch the first time.
Patreon had explicitly told him that as far as they were concerned, if he released a version with incest content, or an incest patch, on any platform, not only through Patreon, he would be banned from Patreon, period.
The situation was to the point that he did not forbid me from releasing the incest patch, but he also could not say "yes, do it" or "good idea", because Patreon had forbid him not only from releasing himself, but also from being somehow involved, in the release of such a patch.
That is why I decided to release the patch that was originally done by myself for my personal use.
Yes, that is the problem, and let's be honest, I don't like some of their stuff, and it does not always work so well, but at least AFAIK, it is the biggest platform.

Yeah especially incest, they shutdown both games by stefstory “wife at all costs & scandal” without giving them the choice to just remove content( which is fucked up)

Bestiality is also prohibited by Patreon, and they will ban you for publishing it on any platform. And yet, there is bestiality in this game, though the Prometheus patch. But, of course, that patch is not created by Zorlun. And that patch has existed for a long time, now, and Patreon hasn't shut down Zorlun's account as a result.
So incest with Katherine needs to be handled by Prometheus. And the same solution applies for possible future incest with Myriam's father.
Also, no matter what Patreon says, they often don't ban creators for what they publish on other platforms, for the simple reason that Patreon doesn't purchase subscriptions on the other platforms, and so they don't know what is or isn't included in alternate versions of the game which are published elsewhere. There's no guarantee that they won't somehow find out and take action, of course, but I've seen several other developers who publish a censored version of their game on Patreon and an uncensored version on SubscribeStar, and they have been getting away with it for a year or more.
If the biggest platform is an enemy of freedom of expression, then it's time for them to no longer be the biggest platform. And that only happens when people stop saying "Well, they're number one, so what can we do?", and start taking their business elsewhere.

Actually, there were two games for which I know myself it was the developers themselves who made available the incest patch, and one I remember did it even on Patreon
, one I stopped following myself (nothing related to the incest content), the other one was killed by the author for completely different reasons. Indeed, nobody is saying that Patreon is omniscent and can see everything
, and in general can expect they will not know what Zorlun does elsewhere, the general consesus is that either Zorlun was unlucky and a random check caught him, or someone reported the game to Patreon because it had incest content. However, can any of us guarantee that they will not have someone with an account on F95 or on Subscribestar that then can report about the game ? Not really.
I believe since it's Zorlun's lifehood, it's Zolrun's decision and we should respect it, that is also why I started distributing the incest patch, no point for people trying to force Zorlun to do something that can put at risk his income, if I could manage to do it (although in a best effort way).
About Prometheus, yes, but it also additional work on top of the one already present for bestiality.
Which reminds me, need to log out now to do real life stuf, but by the week-end I will put out the 3.11 incest patch as promised.
