It looks like Zorlun has changed his mind, about allowing Myriam to continue having sex ( or potentially have sex) with these nine people. You have to choose one of them as an exclusive date. And that choice is made by replying first to them by email after she leaves hospital. Once you've made that choice, it looks like it overrides all previous choices you've made with the other eight characters.
