Multiple routes often reuse the same renders. So it doesn't necessarily take twice as much work, to create two different routes. But obviously, it would add to the workload. The problem is, I don't think Zorlun envisaged Crystal as a strictly lesbian partner for Myriam. She's very obviously bisexual and very liberated. So you would expect Myriam to possibly follow a similar path with her?

The very obvious lesbian choices are Lucy and Nubia. They are both hardcore lesbians. Whereas Kimberley appears to be similar to Myriam, as a previously completely straight woman exploring new possibilities?

I think Lucy is the vanilla lesbian option. Nubia is obviously a dominatrix, and I imagine things will get pretty kinky with her. Which is probably why nothing significant happened on the first date. She wants to ease Myriam into her world.

I understand where you're coming from. But as things stand, neither Myriam or Crystal are likely considering the possibility of the two of them ending up in a relationship. At the moment, it's just a friendship from their perspective. And whilst we know it's possibly going to become something more, they dont. So whilst you might view Myriam as a lesbian, the character in this instance doesn't feel the same way. Regardless, of who you've allowed her to have sex with, she still considers herself to be interested in men, and I'm fairly certain that Crystal will pick up on that, and believe that her and Myriam are the same. So unless Zorlun changes the dynamic between the two of them, it's likely they will end up following a bisexual route as a couple.

To a large extent, whoever Myriam chooses as a potential partner, will determine her future sexual path. So if you choose Lucy, Myriam will become a lesbian, if you choose Nubia she'll get involved in BDSM, if you choose Danny she'll end up as a snowbunny, with Charles maybe a trophy wife, with Dave and Cleavon a conventional housewife and Crystal probably a pornstar. I have no idea where she might end up with Mike or Kimberley. Mike is married, so their relationship ultimately seems doomed, unless Myriam inexplicably agrees to become his mistress? And with Kimberley we have too little information so far, to draw any conclusions.

But the Dev may yet allow more flexibility within some of these relationships? Although everytime he does, it will likely increase the workload?

Yes, Myriam can be anything in this game... You determine all of Myriam's important decisions...
You only need to be in a relationship with a man at the beginning of the game, since that's how the game starts... But with good decisions, you can get rid of him later, and then his real new life begins...

That would go against Myriam taking self-defence lessons. As a tall, very physically fit woman, an old, drunk guy, doesn't pose much of a serious threat to her, unless for some bizarre reason she doesn't attempt to defend herself? In the actual scene, she has no difficulty dispatching him. He's obviously no match for her. In the other scene she tries to ignore him, and he ends up cuming on her. But if he'd attempted to rape her, she almost certainly would have kneed him in the balls. Which she's becoming quite nifty at.

Pretty sure in the second attempted rape scene on the subway Aiden comes to her aid and they end up fucking in the toilets, at least in my game. She doesn't take up self-defence on every route.

Well, I do hope and expect that if Myriam goes down the porn route, there shall be opportunities for her to have scenes with Crystal, Dr. X, and quite possibly threesomes with both depending on whether you play her as straight, lesbian, or bi. I play her as bi and interested in most available kinks (I use the cheat mod all the time to pick all the modifiers for all the kinks and traits I like from alternative choices), so I am rooting to get the full version of the threesome porn shoot down the way that was hinted in the last update.

So you don't play it, just because it might be bad? Even if it is, I still think Zorlun will give Myriam a way to escape any really dire consequences. So far, Myriam can die three times in this game, and on each occasion she's given a way out.

There's actually at least 4 ways she can die so far, 1, in hospital after Anthony shoots her, 2, the 'prostitution' scene, 3, drowning in her pool, 4, getting stabbed to death on the subway by the 'rapist'. There might be more, I just haven't seen them yet.

Not sure what started the exchange (skipped some messages in the thread), but you are correct that not in every path she took self-defense lessons. Also, even if she took self-defense, that has to be taken with a bit of "warning".
Even in reality, one lesson in self-defense would not automatically make her go "scrambling eggs" if attacked, especially considering the psychological situation left by Anthony.
If she did the self-defense, plus reacted in the previous occasion, that may make her more capable of effectively reacting to the situation in a certain way.
There is actually a variable that keeps track of how much she can do that kind of reaction, and if I remember well, at least for some scene before 5.05, some choice would be possible only if that variable is high enough.

That happens automatically, you can't avoid it. The only difference is, her fighting score is lower, if she starts self-defence lessons later.

Must admit, I've never come across that scene. But then Myriam has always had high dominance when I've played the subway scene, so perhaps that has something to do with it? I'm fairly certain I've so far played Danny's solo date for all the paths where she's submissive. But I've decided to have a purely lesbian route with Nubia, so maybe when I go back and do that, I'll come across that scene then?

Even when I select the skip unseen text option it won't skip for some reason.

I even use unRen bat to activate the skip scenes and still didnt work! The only way i found is using console command:

Hmm, sorry, a bit of confusion, I think.

The part where I wrote "in reality", I really meant "in reality", as in "in real life".
Many make the assumption that if someone takes a couple of self-defence classes or anything similar, then in any danger situation will automatically be capable of fighting back by istinct and maybe even with perfect technique - that is not the case, there are other factors as well that can play.

At the same time, going back to the game, I am sure there is a variable to keep track of whether Myriam had self-defense lessons, and more importantly, how many (if you get only the basic, it stays at value 1), and I also remember well that there is one scene where the choices available change depending on whether that value is higher, or is stuck at 1.
I admit I am not 100% sure it is the "scrambled eggs" scene, but I remember well there at least one scene were the choices available depend from the that, as well as I remember well in my case the "make scrambled eggs" was only a possibility, it was not the automatic (only) choice.
If you gave more of your attention to Lucy, that can also have an impact.
