Though just a little nit pic, the uploader made an error, I just fixed it on the main page, but the version is ch5.09, not ch5.09a.

I had to replay from the middle, the author, as I understand it, changed everything radically, the key moment, as I understand it, is when she decides to go to the old man or not, but this is according to my playthrough .

Does this game have certain endings now? I remember seeing whoever said in 2023 that this game would have an ending soon so I've been holding off wanting to wait until the ending comes out.

Not yet, I still have chapter 5 to finish, then it will be all about the endings chapter.

There was some other scenes before, but as said a few times already, it was about some parallel paths to the previous update, so if you went to Jarvis, you could not see them.
The other scenes are for those not on Danny, Dave or Mike, and who already took care of Jarvis (or ignore him again), then Myriam goes in town and can have another scene with either Crystal, Kimberley or Lucy before going home to the other scene you saw.

Now that the asshats at Patreon and Zorlun have parted ways anyway (for who knows what reason, they might as well ban porn altogether at this point) he should just put the incest back in himself and make whatever story he wants to begin with by default.

Ehm... 1) AFAIK, Zorlun still has also an account on (and receives income through) on Patreon; 2) He could take my code and integrate it to continue from here, but if he really had to go back and put back the incest himself, he would have to go back more than one year of versions ago, and modify everything that came after, it would be a very big work that to be done and tested would surely "kill" one or two updates.
So, definetively not going to happen, even more considering he has already said he is already thinking about his next game.

Yeah, that's why there's the patch to fix that garbage that essentially Patreon made. If the patch still keeps it step- then what's the point of even making an incest patch? That's stepcest, not incest, and no one ever asks for stepcest patch. Just fucking what amounts to one's roommate or friend that lives with you doesn't do shit for me vs fucking my twin sister, for multiple reasons.

Actually, I don't know where this idea comes from, but no, the patch does not keep him "step", it goes back to the original idea of Zorlun in which Anthony and Myriam were married, and Marc was the son.
Effectively, it does not only change the dialogues with Marc, and it does not only replace "Mi" with "Mom", but it also adapts, e.g. the court case dialogue, a dialogue with Dr Silver, when she can look for porn on the Internet , in order to keep some coherence with the scenario.

yeah im personally waiting for the gallery mod to be updated to check it out as I only have a few saves right now and honestly need to redo my saves. This way I don't waste time trying to figure out my paths for this update.

This problem comes form the fact that your save must be from the ch5.08 update and not from the ch5.08a, in the later, I added a little fix to a scene as well as a flag variable, so when the game is testing this flag, the game crash since you do not have it.
Just reload a save from ch5.07 (last scene in the stables with the veterinarian) or earlier and redo the last update to fix your save, the flag will load properly then.

So to get this clear for me: when I come from a save before the stables scene I don't have to do anything Out of the ordinary. I just save and load within the content after the stable scene as I want. Or do I have to avoid saving while inside that content?

So with this out of the way you finally can start working on Nubia content, right???

Yeah, you just have to load an older save and play.

The thing is that in each new update, the first line of code is adding all the new flag variables, so if you save behind this line, you can't load any new flag I add in a fix (like I did with ch5.08a), the only way to fix your save is to load a save from a previous update so that when you come into the update I fixed and added a new flag, your game will load properly all of them.
