Can anyone tell me is this a good cheating game or the game focuses on a different path?

Cheating is not a big focus of the game, no, you can, but it's not really used as a kink.
All I can say is give it a go if you wish, maybe it'll talk to you another way, but if your focus a purely the cheating kink, you might be disappointed.

Anyone else having an issue where the game just won't run anymore ? it just stopped out of the blue a few updates ago. nevermind downloaded from another site n it works

Identical twins 1 male 1 female is not possible.

Actually, it can happen that heterozygous twins can have the same face since they both get the sperm from the same father in the same "action" and get the egg from the same mother - though admittedly, they are not identical in all aspects and in the full genetic code meaning, for obvious reasons (xx vs xy, barring genetic anomalies with more chromosomes).

What new content... it's been awhile since the last beast content correct?
New is a relative term. Unless I am mistaken it's been several months since new content was added or am I missing something?
