Never was in the game, but there is a mod from Bibifoc, you just have to wait for it to be updated to the last version of the game.

Not sure if you're asking in the game or the update.
In both case the answer is yes, there is lesbian relationships in the game and one scene specifically in the last update with Lucy.

Must not have any special someone with crystal, kymberly or lucy, on cafe a fan will come, need fame 10 ( console command MCtrait["Fame"]=10 )
