Please make sure to be a little more subtle about that. If you make it obvious it's Nothim you might trigger some kind of a "you think im dumb??!!?!?!!!" reaction and have them ban you just because they can.
I love the game, but if you take the incest and bestiality out of the game for me, it loses its fun. Like I want scenes with Myriam's daughter, Mark, myriam's sister, dog, horse and with other animals, but by the way this will be removed from the game which is a shame. I would start supporting the dev, however from what I'm seeing the content I wanted will be removed, I'll have to wait and see if the dev can do well on SubscribeStar then I'll start supporting him, I can't afford it to support the dev if it doesn't have the type of content I wanted, I'm not saying this to offend you or offend the game, I say this because in the father where I live it becomes difficult to be able to support. I hope the dev does well on SubscribeStar so I can support him when or if he puts the incest and bestiality content back on. But I wish the dev good luck as his game is very good.
We'll see as things goes, but I can't promise anything.

I finally trigger the Marc x Miriam scene: let Marc become the Dom after the family movie night by letting him do whatever he wants to Miriam in the bathroom, then when you find him jerking with homemade porn, pick any option except intervene, then in the gala just drink a lot and get high and messy with the 3 weirdos and have fun with Mr. Highroller, when Miriam gets home shitfaced, little shit Marc will trigger the scene. Mr BBC interactions dont change the outcome.

Maybe this is what you're already doing but...
The incest and beast is already avoidable by choice. Why not just make it by default locked out.

If someone turns on 'taboo' then that's not on you.
This would give supporters more reasons to switch to subscribestar - assuming they want that content to begin with.
Maybe that's not fair to the patreon supporters but by reverse, is it not fair to subscribestar supporters not to keep getting the content that was originally planned.
Just my opinion and my desire for Myriam and Marc to find happiness.
Not that me playing this means much to anyone but me nut if there's no Myriam/Katherine content then I'm most likely just dropping the game. She's by far my favourite daughter character on this site. If the issue is the whole Myriam dropped out of gymnastics for her then might I suggest that you go the family friend route too. Maybe something happened to her "real" parents and Myriam stopped doing gymnastics to raise her instead. That's not too much of a change from the original story as I understood it. Either way good Luck Zorlun, I hope you can figure it out somehow.
You could also do an actual content patch like a lot of the rule 7 games do. Put all the actual Katherine, Marc and beast scenes in a seperate self enclosed RPA patch file. That way you could keep relationships the same while just having all their lewd stories on the patch.
