If any nerds are reading, I think it's because the zip is missing header information?

My F95checker was going crazy... i had to close it

DL'ed the zip,got error.f95 is going nuts,lots of downtimes.probably ddos'ed.

even if f95 is getting hit. it wouldnt explain why the third party download sites all have a corrupted 7zip file.
