For the urination tag, there is a a golden shower scene as well a scene (and working on another one) where you see the MC urinating outside, though not really as a kink but just a necessary natural event.
For the femdom, multiple answer, the MC start the game as a submissive woman in a bad relationship, the game is about her getting free of this and exploring a new life, which can go for a few ways, for now the content with the MC as a dom is limited, because it takes time for her to change, but it will go further, there will also be some femdom with Myriam as a sub, via another female character.
One thing I would add, is that nearly everything in the game (or at least the naughty scenes) are avoidable, you can really pic and chose your kinks in the game, though of course some things or events are kind of linked to one another story wise.
And for the patchs (other than Prometheus) I can't help, I'm not sure they are all up to date for now, I would advise to wait a few days.
As said just a few lines above, you can pic and chose nearly everything and even go with no sex at all.
It's weird, you error tell me that an important variable is missing (the one at the start of every update that loads all the new variables in the new update), but the variable is definitely there and has been tested. Is it possible that you tried using a mod maybe not up to date?
