There's a prompt to check behind the barn before making your escape. Do that, then you get the prompt to hide behind the rock later.

well then there is an issue somewhere, i was only given one ending at the spa, all other choices were showing as "not in game yet"

No, there is no problem, the 'spa' is a general ending, but 'Danny' and 'Crystal' are paramour endings (you need to be on their respective roads), if you look at their ending choice they are not marked as 'not in the game yet' anymore.

In that last scene (option menu) I think you should enable all options and you enable them as you add them

how do you get the bath?

the easy way, open console command and type this line: ch4_full_bath_loop_easter_egg=True

then select the spa ending, at the very end you will get the Easter Egg ending
ps: you will not miss much with this easter egg, its more like a joke.

I get what you say, but this little hidden ending is out of the player choices during the game, she's breaking the fourth wall in the scene, and you're seeing her out of character from the game, as if she was the actress playing Myriam, the camera passing in POV as the attention goes towards you as the player compared to the rest of the game where the camera followed her.
That being said, there is other hidden endings to come, at least 2 others I have in mind. ^^
