Why even post? you see the tag and think "Yeah, the people in this thread definitely want to hear my inane meaningless opinion"
So far I really like the story development and the characters, except Sophia. If there would have been a "let her rot with the kidnappers" button I'd have hammered it till my mouse breaks. But there seems a ton of potential to spin the story and have good character development for all (except one), so looking forward to see where this goes.

We dont know, but given that its only February there will most likely be an update out before the end of the year

for sure there have been about 2-3 updates each year, i expect the next one late April at its earliest or latest around July.
but you never know for sure we could get a smaller update sooner or a bigger later.
this dev has the "when its done" update schedule.

ow yeah i misread the year when i checked real quick. so about 8 updates in 10 months. not the ~2 years i misread.
anyway it doesn't change my estimate for the next update to drop around april, just shortens possible later release date to june instead off july.
Without having something from the dev, I'd probably shorten up the first drop a bit from april to early/mid march. Just speculation (and a little wishful thinking, lmao)

yeah im trying to be reasonable with that, the early months off a new year tend to be slower due to many dev's taking christmas/new years breaks

Hey everyone!
I wanted to give you an update on the development of the next version of the game. Progress is going well, though I’ve had a slight delay—I decided to completely redo a scene because I wasn’t happy with how it turned out, so I lost a couple of days. However, I plan to make up for it this weekend!
At the moment, I can’t give you an exact release date for the update, but it will definitely be out by the end of March. If everything goes smoothly, I might be able to release it around the third week of the month.
I’ve also prepared a poll to let you choose which character will get a special image this month. The image in this post serves as an example of the style I’ll be using. I’ll admit that photo editing isn’t my strong suit, but I’m trying to improve!
