I have the same problem, the only workaround I found is to find this file

AppData\Local\Project_Werewulf\Saved\Config\Windows\GameUserSettings.ini

then set the line

sg.TextureQuality=4

and make the file read only

If it's for the first section, you need to flip a switch in the server room, which I'm pretty sure is new. Assuming you don't seduce the Alpha that has to be one of the harder parts of it because it's a deadend with nowhere to hide.
If it's for the second section iirc there's a keycard you need to grab before the computer to access the second area becomes interactable, if I'm not completely wrong it should be in the room where you first start the stalking half of that section. I was Completely Wrong, Keycard for the second one is in the room past the computer you need to interact with, which is a dangerous bit because the Alpha doesn't seem to enter there in its patrol, so you're kinda hiding blind in there.

Unrelated note: Somehow managed to lose my save, anyone have a save file handy or am I just replaying the game again?

You need to find the log pad in the HQ ( the bath room ) Only then there will be a log appear in the VIP club. You can't find the code if you haven't find the log in the HQ
