I don't think so. It's a very basic version, where they just fixed a few problems that were found in their first release (v. 0.1).

How do you count it? Added on steam or something?

I have no idea how much I have spent in MBM during modding-testing different kinds of stuff myself.

Is human offspring possible? In this version ?

0.1 does have a human baby (non-goblin) sprite available in womb view and maybe a standalone as well. Partially implemented, but probably as a testing case for now.
