Why don't you go ask if the NTR is avoidable in NTR-centric games? I'm sure that's less of a waste of your limited time in this world.

No. This is a game about breeding monsters for battle.
All the monstergirls belong to MC, though.
No as of the base game, yes if you play with files. You miss out on the 'exponential' stat gain that isn't actually needed, as of now that monsters provide. And you'd probably want to give your Player character a 5 second sex time just so production of units isn't completely borked, as well as starter traits (meta is damage and/or health) since you can't gain traits on the MC overtime.
Unless I missed a statement confirming that, I'm not sure how valid monstergirls only being for the MC will be long term.

i wonder if we get the shota back. right now we have a man mc but in the earlier version they planned to make a younger mc.

We don't know for sure , since human female units also have combat animation. If in future version allow human female join defense and raid after get mind break by player character then it's possible to breeding human only tactic to play the game. Though i will consider this as hardcore mode since we only have 1 male unit to breeding.
I would prefer to have more way to play with this game , if only it don't slow down the development or make it too expensive to make.

One of the first girls you get is un-soiled by goblins and any new girl captured/born you can have first dibs on. Once your done with them you can just delete them. No NTR

Without modding the game, no. Your MC can't even produce combat units until your monster/slave pairs have produced a monster girl.
And your MC fathers like 2 units a day at best, and you can easily lose 4 or more units during a single attack.
So no, it's not happening in the base game. Of course, if you mod the game then anything is possible.
i am having this problem too, it starts with 4 goblins and 4 girls (2 already pregnant) combined with the fact that i cant raid

Did you pick them up when you where done plundering the village? You have to pick them up manually
Not quite, but if you want to cheat with modding, yes.
Though given the state of the game, you wouldn't really be gaining much as of now.

Am I missing something? I see images showing a succubus, different colored goblins, nuns, some sort of devices.

Much of what you see in the opening post is concept art, and not yet implemented in the game. The game is currently in the process of building its core gameplay, and the variety will be expanded on when the game's overall shape is complete.
Some devices might be the next priority for developers.
The game description has been outdated for a long time.
There is one thing you've missed: there is a second female type - nuns that will come to raid your base if you get infamous enough.
You might prefer the developers' previous game, Monster Black Market.
