Oh wow, after checking out the past older post of the dev's ci-en he has a lot of female race/variants that i'm suprised the dev hasn't used any of them aside from normal enemies

The characters that he had planned for the Darkest dungeon type could fit easily as named-boss enemies and be used for the human, but we will see what the dev has planned..... Hopefully
It seems that the top image is gonna be what's ingame. Priests and archers are the exact designs that we got in the game rn. I think that the next races added are going to be with these exact designs. That also makes me think that the "big ones" at the top are going to be bosses or NPCs with these exact designs too. The 2nd image looks like an early design but gives a rough idea on what the other monster races will be.

Also, hi modders, dev removed quite a few things, no ? like normal soldiers on pillories etc.
Would a mod be able to put them back in ?

Unlikely, while the game is moddable, the reason those things were removed from the game was cause they didn't work with the new combat system and need to be reworked to fit with it. So it would be pretty difficult for modders add them back because that would require they do the reworks themselves.

Every time someone asks about shota MC it actually gets pushed further back.

Serious response though, it was in the original version of the game, was removed when the game got its major rework ages ago, and there is currently no information on when it'll be re-added if at all.

v0.6 Review

Finally, some currency and a timer. New combat format and some features removed, but LET, THEM, COOK!!!. Some bugs where I can't demolish the buildings. 8/10. I'll see you all in the next 4-6 months.

As mentioned i know we are barely at 0.6 but that 1.0 is getting really close i do feel that he really hasn't pushed the game further to be even called fitting for release, hopefully whatever he does from 0.7 is actually really good with many more things as content and even gameplay
I think we'll see some more of those as enemies. Don't count on all of them appearing, hell don't count on half of them appearing unless we get unique boss enemies. So far we haven't had any boss encounters yet, or at least none that I know of. I think we might see them later on, so some unique human/humanlike enemies could return. And who knows, maybe we might get monsters or monster girls unique to them.

What I would put money on showing up is any monster girls. Dwarves will 100% turn up as generic enemies because those fucking knife-ears elves made it in, so they'll likely be existing together just like the last game. Minotaurs and girl variants almost definitely, kitsunes and kemonos perhaps. It depends on whether the devs feel like adding lots of additional monster races for us to abuse like the orcs and goblins. Minotaurs will, but lamias/snakemen might not just due to the heap of fresh assets + animations they'd require. Everything else is up in the air.

As for why the game's not release-worthy yet, they remodelled a shit-ton of battle and placement mechanics and I imagine they're experiencing bugs with characteristics and reputation, hence why they've been temporarily removed. I know those two things don't appear to connect to each other, but game design usually requires you to wire up seemingly unrelated things into each other for the result you're after. You mess with one of those things, the game just might not work at all. Especially for a game as complex as this.

My expectation is that the traits have been rough since they have done passes on it, and then they added those traits in 5.0 dealing with the infamy system and reputation. Since they removed the map (probably temporarily), it was probably just easier mentally to trim them all.

Both Traits and the Map do still exist in code currently.

According to what some other people in this thread have said, the current lore is that we're playing as the son of the MBM protagonist and Rune.

I cannot make BeplnEx work on this game, months ago i install BeplnEx on Black monster market for the mod and i had 0 problem but in project R BeplnEx dosent work

The post stated that it only works with the pre-release BepInEx v6.0.0-pre.2 and included a GitHub link to that version’s download page
