The "screenshots" are not actually screenshots, but drawn by the developers as concept art for the game and UI.
You can expect most things in there to happen someday (and become even better), but today is not the day.

Common and rare certainly exist. Nobody has reported seeing boss so far, so she probably isn't implemented yet.

Nope, never had it happen to me, I suggest A) close and reopen, and if that fails B) Redownload and try again.

Yes, it happens often on the first run. If it's stuck, closing the game and launching it again usually helps.

In the future versions. Apparently, they plan on adding him in the next update.

idk if im playing wrong or smth but the whole entire game for me is just increasing the number of goblins and slaves i have but thats it, no other content unless there's better stuff pass 30+ days

You're not, this is pretty much an extended gameplay preview.

There's a whole lot of fun to be add with increasing your village and making it just perfect. Creating random stuff and being creative
