No as of the base game, yes if you play with files. You miss out on the 'exponential' stat gain that isn't actually needed, as of now that monsters provide. And you'd probably want to give your Player character a 5 second sex time just so production of units isn't completely borked, as well as starter traits (meta is damage and/or health) since you can't gain traits on the MC overtime.

All the monstergirls belong to MC, though.

Unless I missed a statement confirming that, I'm not sure how valid monstergirls only being for the MC will be long term.

We don't know for sure , since human female units also have combat animation. If in future version allow human female join defense and raid after get mind break by player character then it's possible to breeding human only tactic to play the game. Though i will consider this as hardcore mode since we only have 1 male unit to breeding.

I would prefer to have more way to play with this game , if only it don't slow down the development or make it too expensive to make.

Are you sure you're palying with the last version of the game ? At some point, I know that a version earlier was causing a mess with saves. Try updating your game to the lastest version (4.0.3 nowadays).

One of the first girls you get is un-soiled by goblins and any new girl captured/born you can have first dibs on. Once your done with them you can just delete them. No NTR

Without modding the game, no. Your MC can't even produce combat units until your monster/slave pairs have produced a monster girl.

And your MC fathers like 2 units a day at best, and you can easily lose 4 or more units during a single attack.

So no, it's not happening in the base game. Of course, if you mod the game then anything is possible.

Not quite, but if you want to cheat with modding, yes.

Though given the state of the game, you wouldn't really be gaining much as of now.

Meanwhile, all there is is just 2 rooms (breeding and tit feeding), one goblin, one orc, oni, shortstack, and 1 female type. No resources, no nothing.

Much of what you see in the opening post is concept art, and not yet implemented in the game. The game is currently in the process of building its core gameplay, and the variety will be expanded on when the game's overall shape is complete.
Some devices might be the next priority for developers.
The game description has been outdated for a long time.

There is one thing you've missed: there is a second female type - nuns that will come to raid your base if you get infamous enough.

Because the devs:
A) Are not even advertising this as a finished game.
B) Switched visions of what this game is going to be at least twice.
C) Are in the process of development from mostly scratch (you can't just drop MBM stuff into here).
D) Adding things when both code and art combine (implementation is a bit of a bitch).
E) Want to test things so the game they are developing match what both they and supporters want.

I can't imagine this game will be finished until late this year at the earliest.

And also planning. If I'm not mistaken this was supposed to be different before. Back when it was only in the planning stage. I forgot the game they are going to use as reference but it has something to do with a dark fantasy turn based game if I remember correctly.
