I had the same error until I completely deleted the entire game and unpacked it again.
Also, try replacing the files in the path ProjectR\ProjectR_Data\StreamingAssets\localization
Download the localization archive: MEGA
Ok, This is new. I tried to replace the file in the link and does not work. Just for test propose, I've moved the archives in the localization carpet to the desktop and turns out, partially works. I don't know what to think (Sorry for the poor grammar, I am not an English speaker) 1766695697062.png

Can you share the archive with the game you have?

Ну вот.
И чтобы прояснить ситуацию, я тоже не русский.
Strange, I launched the copy of the game you shared, and it started up fine. So the issue probably isn't with the game itself

I have a theory that the problem might be with the font the game uses, but I could be wrong. Try installing the font, although in Windows they should already be installed since they are standard fonts. The English localization uses the font segoeuib.ttf—check if you have it here: C:/Windows/Fonts/

Here we go.
And to clarify, I'm not Russian either.
Try changing the font in the settings to another one available in Windows. It's strange that by default the language isn't set to English so that there would be a blue circle there—check if anything changes

Also, just in case, try deleting the folder with the saves and settings here:

For those who don't know, I recently learned something. I forgot to keep track of my orc losses in battle and lost all of them. They are survived by onis but I cannot make anymore orcs. Unlike MBM, once you lose them, you lose them forever. Onis I can make but orcs are gone.

ProjectR.ModSuite Plugin Update (formerly AutoBreedingPlugin)

Version: 2.1.0

There is a chance that the old Races.xml file might be incompatible with the new version of the mod. If any issues occur, you will need to delete the old file so the mod can recreate it.

You can make more orcs, it just requires messing with the character mix settings. Just go to Oni_mix in ProjectR_Data/streaming assets/character/oni
and change

Code:
    {
        "Gene": ["Oni", "Player1"],
        "CharacterId": "Oni",
        "Chance": 100,
    }
to something like this

Code:
    {
        "Gene": ["Oni", "Player1"],
        "CharacterId": "Oni",
        "Chance": 70,
    },{
        "Gene": ["Oni", "Player1"],
        "CharacterId": "Orc",
        "Chance": 30,
    },
Edit: Just to clarify, you could also just set the first bit to be 100% chance of Orc for a birth or two to regain a breeding pop and change back. You do you.
