Yes, it can be managed through the .mix file, but I want to implement this from within the game itself and through the mod's UI for convenience. This will also be part of the full offspring control system, for example, to restore the ability for the human race to give birth to Sisters from an MC, or for a Shortstack to give birth to goblins from an MC, and so on.

I've already implemented the basic functionality with the goblin and human and synchronized it with the Genetic Card UI to account for purchases. In testing, after a purchase, the birth chance ratio changes.

Instructions:
Unzip the file, drop the folders in ...\ProjectR_Data\StreamingAssets\character\ and overwrite the .mix files when prompted.
Changes:
Player/monster now produces 45% monster 45% human, 5% male monster, 5% elf
Player/woman now has a 50% chance of race matching either player or mother.
Monster/woman now has a 5% chance to produce a woman.
Spellblades are treated as a full race, so you can breed them
Sisters can now produce more sisters. 25% chance when crossed with player, 1% chance when crossed with monster.
Things I'd like to figure out:
Males (basically duplicates of player) can be set to be born, but because they don't have a tab for placement, as soon as they grow they aren't accessible. The baby can be placed in the main room, (appearing grown) but can't be brought to any other room.

Monster Black Market. The previous game they did. Similar long development, but did get completed and is a pretty cool game.
Power in this game is unblance, very ez to beat lv300, just put alot of low lv monster. Only thing need to do is spam birth with out brain. Monster black market is far better
I can agree with you but the game is still in it's early age and they practically change the core of the game at each major version. We'll need a lots of time to see a gameplay loop satisfying.
