well i personally favor games that give the player the option to continue, rather than just being a game over screen, or a "you died" screen. the checkpoint element of a game also helps, so that a player can progress from a checkpoint.

No earthly idea atm, but will add it to the present update and make sure it is checked and fixed. Right now the album is just a tech demo.

Update: Issue found and solved, it will be resolved for future updates. Thanks for letting me know about that issue. Anything like that, I consider it a point of pride to fix it ASAP.
