I'll no longer be alone working on this. I've made the decision to hire an animator to take a significant amount of stress off me. He will be animating the cutscenes while I continue doing the lewd scenes. In the end this will result in longer cutscenes with higher quality, and probably a bigger amount of them too. How it will affect release schedule remains to be seen.

His name is Puggy, and a lot of you have probably seen his work before, since he has worked on a few other AVNs before joining me. It took a lot of effort to put my pride aside to let someone else handle this, but I'm confident it'll be good for both my mental health and Projekt: Passion in general. Of course I'll still be writing the cutscenes, producing them, and editing them.

Congrats. The sign of any good creator is knowing when to let go off your babies. The myth of the asshole-auteur (Stanley Kubrick and those sorts of people) has damaged this idea.

It's a very short parody spin-off, you won't miss anything in the main game if you don't play it, but it is fun and funny.

Not sure if I have the knowledge to help but maybe someone else can. Check if there is a log file (not confuse with a traceback file, usually is just called "log") created in the folder where the .exe of the game is. If there is post it here and maybe someone can read it and help if they can.

I install the mod and it not work with the game

That's almost certainly your problem. Mods break games a lot. Especially if the mod isn't updated to match the latest game version.

Yep like Ozymandias said, the sancho mod is outdated in season 2, unfortunately my dear friend Sancho didn't appear here since late June last year after the natural disasters in Texas at that time but if that is the mod you applied I doubt it make crash the game even outdated, errors while playing yes but crashing I really doubt. But try an unmodded install and if you were using sancho modded saves use the SaveFixer that is in the Sancho mod thread OP.
