how to get the first scene with her? i seems to have missed her on my playthrough

Before attending the party in 0.15 talk to the skellian curselord, buy the tickets, get cursed. Then after entering choose kill the councillor but don't do it, then when "acting like a noble" resist jumping from the balcony and it should do it. When leaving talk again with the curselord and scold him or recruit him. Should unlock Cindralith scene.

if by parts you mean seasons then yes, S1 for ep 01-07, S2 for ep 08-14, S3 for 15+
There is no single download/playable version that contains all episodes

I think that's normal Tattoos or paint, their race seems to be like that.

I see. It does look like a tattoo in this render. I just found it weird because in that render it didn't seem like a tattoo, it looked like it was deep into her skin, like a bite mark.
