Getting the crossbow is a game changer. Other than that making sure you have enough healing foods and some good armour make this fight doable.
Well, I have a lot of questions. First, where do I find the crossbow?
What's the most recommended armor or combination?
Is there a prowler I need to rescue? Where do I find it?

cross bow is in pieces across the 3 zones, need to find and craft each piece to assemble it
there is no rescuable prowler in act 1, they have leads on your old camp
collapsable crafting bench is in the old prowler camp inside Kivu's (your characters) old tent. interact with it to break it down and bring it home
equip the hunter's mark in the quest items inventory that makes trappers friendly and go in the main hut in that area
Hi, I have a question. Is it true there are two endings? A good one and a bad one? How do I identify them? I defeated the Interlope boss, and at the end, I got a message that said, "Thank you for playing." It also asked me to save. Now, every time I access that final save, I can access the gallery, but it stays there. I can't move or do anything, just the menu. Is that how the game should end positively?

This is only act 1.
It's like one of those modern mascot horror games. Only, you know, good and horny.
The other "ending" is losing to the final boss, which plays a scene and ends the game, making you start from another save. Also the final save is mainly for the gallery. There is nothing after the final boss.
They started releasing a bunch of content in there Subscriberstar. Anyone willing to share?

Anyone has any idea to further progress the reown with Shaman? I already got the Tonic book from the Shaman previously. Also is there anyone with the full cooking recipe list?
just keep switching tonics, shaman renown goes up when you discover new tonic effects.

So I saw their new Straight Game on itch
Are they done with making Prowler and Grove,
pivoting to make Straight Game (Since that has a way larger market) from now on?
Otherwise it's a bit strange not finishing previous games, then just drops a new one out of blue for totally different audience.
Or the Devs are actually bi, and this is what they want to do from the beginning?

Both Grove and Prowler are still in development, don't worry. Grove is getting a new engine and they doing monthly development updates on substar. Prowler is in a "hiatus", but not really. Prowler and Snake:Byte are side projects they make to not get burned out from constantly working on Grove. Now that S:B is done, most likely the next side thing they make is Prowler act 2, unless they make another one again.
