I personally separate the answer based on context: I play PORN games for PORN so "winning" by having less/worse sex is a complete contradiction same as Game Over rape. On the other hand with a good enough story or even outright skipping the actual sex scenes I would quite enjoy most of the "rescue mission" type scenarios others have described.

I also hate how most people conflate promiscuity with libido especially in fictional settings. Mind you the slutification/bimbofication/"corruption" games are just as guilty of this but characters disliking sex ruins PORN games far more than them not sleeping around as far as I'm concerned. On the extremes one could write a girl who is in love with her dog and has sex with him several hours a day but stays completely faithful, no back alley rape or frat party gangbang required to get some doggo bone. Or a "slut" who still does paid escort services at the drop of a nickel but switches to the clothed kind/"compensated conversation" after you brainwash her into thinking "sex==bad". The weird thing about this sort of story though is that it seems like you'd start the game off with all the hottest scenes and then wind down to "lesser" scenes. So you basically have the finale right away. So how do you keep the player from getting bored? I get the feeling that to keep it interesting there would have to be some sort of domination/submission thing going on with her being the submissive one.

If the game starts off with her doing gangbangs and DPs or whatever and ends with her going to work every day and watching TV that seems pretty anticlimactic. But if the ending you're working towards is one where she ends up being submissive to someone I could see it working for people who are really into the dom/sub thing.

That's basically the "practical" scenario I mentioned. She decides to restrict herself to 1 guy.
