"Prudish" makes it sound like they don't want sex at all, which is probably not what a lot of people want from a porn game, but I think there's a lot of potential in a game where a "trashy" girl becomes "classy" and devoted to the protagonist. And there's more ways for it to play out than you might think. For example, how about an RPG where the protagonist is a Monster Tamer class who hunts down and captures wild, sex-crazed monster girls and trains them to become a harem of quirky adventurers? One moment you're fending off a feral slime girl trying to feed off your semen, then when you're done training her (or at least partially done) she's wearing a wizard hat and casting spells while having fun banter and blushing when talking about her feelings for the protagonist.

Or maybe a game where the protagonist gets your classic generic mind control powers and decides to "corrupt" a girl into his plaything, but this guy has a conscience, and decides to only target women who have lost their sense of self-worth and have degraded themselves into something less than what he wants to turn them into. He uses his powers to steer her on the path to improving her life, while at the same time corrupting her into his slave, ensuring her eternal love and devotion by imprinting upon her that everything good in her life is a gift from her master.

Speaking of mind control games with a premise like this, I don't speak Japanese and have never played it, but I believe

If you can play to a women's emotional and psychological desires, you can be her best lover ever. Which is the only way I feel you can tame a hoe. Everyone else gives her the brute force, all physical, no emotion jackhammering, but you play the psychological and emotional game. When she realises you can provide what she really wants, she won't have to go chasing other guys to try to hit her spot, because you're the only one that can. Admittedly, this probably turns her more into a yandere than a prude.
