Anything I uploaded was straight from Pry. It has the PSD file included so perhaps she forgot to include it? You can always generate it with the PSD.

Mint(h)ara is definitely part of the october pack, but she doesn't have a dedicated gallery, like Faye or Vexia.
Instead, she's part of Prydur's Gate, from page 74 to page 78, in the aptly named "$15 Prydur_s Gate 68-78" archive.
