Insexity - Oldie but lots of clothing options.

Liz -The Tower and the Grimoire - One of my favs. Lots of content, RPGM, and clothing options.

Raven's Quest - Clothing here is collectable but the art is solid.

The images are from This I absolutely love the art and clothing in this game. Easily one of my top games. The only problem is the story and events. They're all looking rushed up and don't have any purposes behind them. If that game had events and stories like cursed armor, it would've been the most amazing game I've ever played.
