Really? Can we just stick to the terms MTL/Manual Translation? "Deepl" translation is just another shitty unplayable mtl. So please simply call it that way. Its nothing special and just as bad as every other MTL translated from Japanese.

Game seems to have a good amount of content. Sadly i wont touch that shit with a stick in its current state.

Played the original in moonrunes not understanding a word and it was easier than the MTL, but to each his own.
Relatively straightforward; the first value (行動力) is your stamina which gradually grows. Some actions cause your turn to end, so burn as much as you can on the rest before you perform those. The others values are sex counters / perversion stats.
