It should autosave whenever time passes. Either that or the day changes. I'd test it before you get carried away to be sure.
it didn't autosave for me last time i played, had like 6 different girls knocked up but when i next launched the game it had all reset

Save loss is not a common issue, a few times during version changes the save location has moved. On the most recent one I think it is now in the game folder structure and some users have reported having to delete the file that first appears there to get the game to let them shower to begin with.

yeah i deleted the save that was already there to get the game to work, but now the game won't create a new save, meaning i have to start over from scratch each time i restart the game

Great game and great concept. Does anyone know of any similar game with similar artstyle and procedurally generated characters?

It was because of rule #7. Most, if not all of their games were removed because of it, but you could probably find it elsewhere on the internet if you searched.

So... can someone explain why this one came with everything unlocked and some 88 million odd points in the bank?

Noyhing cganged. any advice?
Firstly do not use system folders for game and game save stuff. The default windows downloads folder that displays as just "Downloads" is actually C:\users\'user'\downloads and is a system folder.
File path should be only English alphanumeric Az10 characters, some installs support symbols, some do not.
Keep the total path short, we are all adults on this forum so no one should be hiding their porn fifty folder deep so that no one accidentally finds it.

Ok, that's a new massage I've never seen on windows.
Can some one tell:
- what files?
- does it mean firewall settings?
- why the fuck should I grand it internet connectivity? Is there a Offline fix?

unity games have the tendency to call home... which windows considers confuseing and tends to call a false positiv... might be yur internet settings or windows security being to high as normally windows is askeing wether or not this behaviour is acceptable

I thought something in that direction, though it doesn't give me any hint what is blocking it nor does it ask me to give it access. Firewall maybe?
Also I have countless Unity games, and non had issues like that before.
(Though, I can only assume it's firewall because I whitelisted the entire parent path for windows defender, of my third drive.. but on the other hand, the firewall should only block traffic, not preventing files from being opened, right?)

Depends on your OS most likely... the most recent Windows 11 Updates cause a message (blue window white text... which strongly reminds you of the original blue screens) informing you of strange behaviour... if you want to continue you need to look at the details and confirm that you are fine takeing the risk... previously it wasn't this obnoxious to start unity games.
you might want to check the security Level in your edge browser and reduce it it if it is strong.
