C:\ or D:\ or perhaps e:\ if you have that many drives

it could be that you are hitting a limit on the path length, or that you have japanese extended characters. Try putting in a normalized folder, something like c:\bath\ and see if that makes a difference. Mono sometimes doesn't care for the extended characters, especially if you don't have your system set to japanese locale.

Deleted and started a fresh save, should hopefully work now.
