It was a DLC, focusing around the protagonist doing more "public relations" work after the war ends. There's no combat or anything in it, it's all sex scenes.

Really?! Fuck yeah! This was one of the better porn games of the past few years. Granted, some of the scenes are a little more "rough" than I would have liked (what happens to the Nazi cosplay girls after you defeat them is the kind of stuff I prefer to fast forward) Hauka's scenes are great. Granted, the combat itself was pretty boring, but it gets points for novelty for doing the mecha genre in an H-game, which is pretty unique.
I can't find any word of it, though. Do you have any kind of link?

after reading the synopsis for this DLC version, this feels like an after story of the game I'm referring to. My laptop with the copy of the game got wiped after an issue occurred. It had her starting out new and fighting her way to the top. had her doing commercials and ads that slowly got lewder if you continued to go on the route which could lead to pregnancy (not an ending, but a force mini event where you were slowly getting more pregnant until birth)
Yeah, that's the game with Haruka which I played and enjoyed.
Looking a bit further, it seems like the confusion comes from the fact that this one (with Haruka and the mecha stuff) was the sequel. There's also a "pubic defense corp 1" which apparently doesn't involve mechs and is a more typical superheroine-themed thing.

the one I'm referring to had mech battles and camera upgrades. the more lewd the camera placement, the better monetary rewards you got. It also boosted your perverted score. If you're score jumped past 60, you would be doomed in the cooperate onahole route. you had to balance hentai with regular gameplay to come out on top

now I'm confused.... this is exactly the game I thought it was. Maybe the dlc itself doesn't have pregnancy since it is just extra content/after story, but the original game does. you just have to have creampie sex and sleep in your bed a few days. It's not automatic. it's a percentage chance.

This game was called Civilian Justice league 2, it was renamed to Public Defense Corp with the English release, maybe that's the confusion, there is a scene with her pregnant belly in the base game, but it's really quick and skippable

ya, she can't go around pregnant. She's confined to an apartment until she's no longer pregnant. That's why I said mini event. can't roam pregnant, but it's technically not an ending. you can get pregnant up to 8x
which is really odd, since unlike most h-games with possible non-ending pregnancy, there's no magic or sci-fi drug to accelerate the pregnancy. every time she gets pregnant, Haruka has to take 9 months off so that the public doesn't find out she's having a baby. that wouldn't be such a big deal except for the fact that there's a freaking war going on.
