Yes, the story itself is the same. Just the characters are different, due to copyright issues.
The game works, but the compression artifacts in the animated scenes are quite terrible. It's not nearly worth the 50% size reduction, sorry. That being said the full version itself already has compression artifacts, but they aren't as bad.

Well, you're probably right. I dind't really compare the difference tbh.
With that said, compressed versions are normally for people that for whatever reason have a limited bandwidth, and so I'd encourage everyone to download the official one if they can.
This game is always a bit of a pain to compress, it has thousands of webms...

there is gallery unlocker in the OP (Opening Post), I tried and it works, though there is 1 scene that replays another not matching the image but I'm sure it's a DEV's bug or a typoI've tried this but it doesn't work, did the dev patch this?

When the MC meets Mary and Sally for a 3some, there is a span where the females are mislabeled. It is when Sally is sitting on the MC's face, and Mary is getting fucked.

Hey, three questions:
1. It says on your patreon that it's more or less just a tip jar, but the download links all just link to other patreon posts that require a monthly donation. Am I mistaking something, or is the "tip jar" nature of your patreon just outdated info?
2. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. The girls in my game all have sufficient cafe work experience for the service scenes, but it tells me there's insufficient experience. Are the girls bugged, or is there some way my player character is supposed to work there? I can't find any way to work there myself, so until them I'm confused
EDIT: Nope I'm dumb, just need one day greater than the requirement, just meeting it is insufficient. Although I've noticed Rachael recovers energy a lot slower than Sam. Is this purposeful?
3. I lied! only two questions, your game is hella good, keep up the good work. I like hardcore exhibitionism centered content and its rare, instead every game is tagged Exhib when nobody ever comes close to seeing a character nude or lewd, and the character has no investment in such an event happening. Refreshing seeing the Exhib tag actually apply for once. Thanks

So far, everything which is on Patreon will become free at some point. Patreon is usually two Updates ahead, so the current Patreon-Update is v0.48, currently you have to pay for it, but when a few weeks have passed, it will become free and Update v0.5 will be the most recent one on Patreon.
You are not missing out on anything, you just get it faster from the Patreon.
