how to use it?

You put it where your saves are. On windows, by default that is in %appdata%\renpy\PublicSexLifeHedition-1559812321 (copy that into your explorer address bar at the top). The general renpy folder should hold all the save games of your renpy games unless the developer changed that for some reason.

I'm confused as to what is new. it says teacher whore route 5 new scenes and she can move into the mansion but she's been in the mansion since 3 updates ago? I'm not sure if i am advancing scenes correctly?

0.12 had error (Android) while Teacher whore route for below two scenes

- sex ed
- group sex ed

Hope this has been fixed in 0.13
