They are into the beta and bug fixing stages .. dev has a standard, they are still getting there.

hmm 5 new scenes for Sam| Whore Route . But the game still say that i reached the end of the Whore route. Where do i find the scenes ?

TL;DR: A lot. 4-10 hours guesstimate?
This game is a reskin, so it hasn't experienced a typical development process; until they include all content from PSL in PSL:H (they're at 0.26 and 0.18 respectively [those are the current F95 versions) PSL:H should continue to receive unusually rapid updates. Once PSL:H version # catches up, it remains to be seen how development will proceed. Soooooo not completed in near future (6+ months).

Long Version:
All current content cannot be viewed in one playthrough. There are 3 main LIs, each with a distinct Harem and Whore route. The most efficient way to unlock scenes is to do a harem/harem/harem and a whore/whore/whore save; each of those playthroughs would would take 2-5 hours (depending on skips and interruptions). So guesstimating 4-10hrs to achieve ~90% completion.

You are able to mix and match paths in a playthrough as desired, but each girl's story is mostly self-contained; it's only the last handful of scenes where combinations become relevant. The last 3-5ish scenes in most of the routes are sort of an epilogue (at least to the game as it stands now), and include threesome scenes.

All due credit to Hoboy for the excellent analysis and conclusions provided below. Something to note is that the first 2 playthroughs would unlock ~95% of scenes, and the remaining playthroughs would each only unlock one or two new scenes.

I think I may wait until completion, as I love this game, but don't want to keep repeating each route for each girl just to get the few added scenes. I want to wait so I can run through each route once with each route complete. Please let me know if my logic is out of whack, but I would love to actually finish this game sometime as there are some seriously hot scenes available in this...

Yeah, because the game is called "public sex life" the other route don't need the proper attention, maybe he will change the title to Pimp's life too? :4Head:
