The selected tags are all in game, although some of them are a bit of a stretch. The intent behind this decision was to ensure that no one would jump into the game and find content they didn't like, if this is a bad practice I will adjust the tags to match the more fleshed out content.
My advise is to keep the website tags to what's in the game currently. Then in the genre spoiler in op, divide the tages into

Regarding ntr, as at the moment there is not much content with ntr I didn't find it necessary to specify the different types, however, as it is a delicate subject I will make sure that, for example, someone who appreciates netori can have access to this content but can turn off netorare and vice versa.
Good idea. Another good idea would be to make it obvious in the choices. Like even if someone didn't think to turn it off, would find it obvious what kind of content the choice was going to unlock. Like add another setting "Content Warning" on/off. If on, whenever there's content like feet, ntr, etc (basically all the problematic ones you give an option to turn off in settings; maybe even
all content including non-problematic ones like oral) you get that warning in the choice. Like "choice1 (netorare)" "choice2 (netori)"
Should save you some complaints down the line.
Will give the game a try. Will leave a comment if I have any feedback.
Good Luck
