Well, the only point I find arguable.To anyone reading this, just think about it from your perspective - if you are being paid for just being YOU and not for the actual effort or results, why would you even bother working in the first place? It won't give you much more than what you already have and might even worsen your current situation from the overblown expectations. Every social experiment in history proved that unless someone is really heavily conditioned to feel guilty about free resources, they will inevitably turn lazy...because it's LOGICAL!
Let's imagine that u have enough money to pay your bills, buy ur favourite food and to be not afraid about your next day. Wouldn't u be bored after some time and wouldn't u want to create something, that would be appreciated by other people? And, if u mess up, wouldn't u want to increase quality of your work?
