Characters haven't been finished, all the game is is a background simulator with a barely drawn character walking through mobs without doing any damage.

What part of that is awesome?

the game has potential i know this creator playd their last game their art is top notch and even tough they went dark on their last project im really likeing the idea behind this plus im a fan of creative side scroller games so we see were this game goes in the future

The H-game community can be strange at times. Sometimes you have people begging for anything playable, even complaining when there's nothing for a while (like MatM, funnily), even if it's a WIP, and other times (like here) it gets torn to pieces even if it's obviously WIP as fuck. It even says it's a test in the title of the archive and version number.

Not that I'm defending Eromancer. They deserve all the bad things coming their way with the way they have handled their development thus far. Making money by doing nothing and writing up some lame progress report about how you procrastinated is a good way to make people dislike you.

They announced this on September 21st. They already had all of this done by September 21st because everything was already shown in screenshots and actually it was even shown the models textured.

They have done fuck all. Again.

Meh its a thing, i've seen many a thing come and go. Ill wait till i see shit happening to make any judgement regardless of the bad press the dev gets. I couldn't care less if it actually takes off or not, besides with steam becoming porn friendly i wouldn't be surprised to see a massive boom in h-devs not to far off, can only hope i guess lol.

Jokes aside, don't expect anything from these devs soon. I pledged to their Patreon for well over a year, because of their maingame (Malise and the Machine). For the Sake of not drifting Into an angry rant, let's Just say it wasn't worth it.

The fact that they still manage to make Close to 6k per Month, leaves me flabbergasted tbh.

it was more for the vilains style than the cyberpunk genre, and I heard that they didn't update their other games in a long time while still getting 6k a month so I'm not too sure about checking their other games, don't want to get hyped over an update that would take three years to be finished
