Those are fair points but not specifically what I addressed. The idea that you're not allowed to downvote someone's comment means people can say what they want without restriction which goes against what you just pposted.
If someone posts something offensive or stupid, you're not allowed to curtly display your disapproval. So in other words, these snowflakes getting butthurt over a downvote is more important than our right to disagree.
You are completely right. Them getting butthurt over a downvote is more important than our right to disagree, because while the two are fundamentally equal, the latter will negatively influence the platform's reputation, and thus to them, your voice is inferior and is to be rid of.
And here's the fun part: according to the 1st amendment, another thing that's fundamentally equal to your disagreeing, is the company's right to shut you up.
This is called the sanitation of the internet, since advertisers favor family friendly things, to maintain their images and keep a bigger population of customers. However, sad as it is, it is wholly unrelated to free speech.

Your argument is ludicrous. You mention these sites having a right to promote "family friendly things" but again, this completely dismisses the fact that someone can post something not "family friendly" and we don't have the right to express our disapproval by downvoting it.

P.S. - Downvoting someone else's comment in no way constitutes offensive or non-family friendly content.

We're not talking reason, we're talking facts. And the fact is, if the platform says your criticism is unacceptable but their explicit and disgusting content isn't, they are correct because the moment you created an account, you are, for the lack of a better term, their bitch, and the validity, visibility, and mortality of everything you say is essentially for them to decide.
Also, should have emphasized this on my first comment, but that "family friendly" thing is sarcastic. It's simply one of their more favored excuses despite their blaring partialities for advertisers.

Okay, so you're saying that something unjust is acceptable because the proprietors of the website said it's okay. Those with common sense can see there's something wrong there, but if the website admins say it's okay then it supersedes morals or ethics.

Why are you guys talking about the "basics of communism".
It may sound strange to you but your arguments are the reasons we are going to ww3.
Restrict ppl opinions is the first commandament in Russia, Cina and other communists nations..
That said..stop being communists...it will damage the world. (included porn games).
Also some games platforms are hosted in these countries
