How do you know he hasn't? You never even seen him, he can go under a different name. I mean for the longest time everyone thought i was him. Another logic that isn't consistent.

oh another female 3d model? i swear if this is used for an update with pre-existing animations, it would just make the progress a lot slower. imagine per update we get "new" animations alternating between femcop and this announcer looking character. i really dislike this because the new monsters look interesting....
