Considering the sheer number of comments on this thread I think there should be a linked "most recent complete save" on the main post. Speaking of, the gallery unlocker only unlocks Onyx's gallery. How do I unlock every other characters'?

Edit: Scratch that, it doesn't even unlock all of Onyx's gallery.

PURE ONYX November 2025 Progress Update!

Hey everyone!

I now have a desk and chair and am off the floor :D. I'm still catching up on posts! We're a bit late here, but expect the next PO release within a few days.

The new update will add Helidrone enemies, as well as the new Onyx + Male Cop footjob scene along with extensions and improvements for some other recent scenes. It's not as much as I'd like, but last month I was largely preoccupied with admin and legal stuff for the Japanese company registration requirements.

The team has made a lot of progress on new enemies and combat animation especially during November. I'm looking forward to getting back to working on new maps soon now that I have my PC back -- Limbo has been working on concepts for them during my downtime.

H Scene Progress
We've added the Onyx + MaleCop Footjob scene this month, as well as all of the transition animations for the Onyx + Looter scene! We've also added a bunch of improvements to the Ghoul gangbang scene.

Xxoom and Limbo have been working on concepts for the Helidrone H scenes, and Penapsquat is hard at work on scenes for the Tyrantula. Kame and the concept art team have also started working on Onyx + Runt H scenes (finally)!

Snake Enemy 3D Sculpts!
Demonu4 has mostly finished with the snake enemy sculpts already :D. We actually decided to do two different variations -- a smaller character-sized constrictor version, and a larger mini-boss size version (the one with the cobra elements).

I've assembled images of some of Demonu4's WIP 3D concepts along with his more complete sculpts for you to check out!

FK/DK-Doll Combat Animations
Rigman has been making progress on the Splicer girl combat animations this month! He's been working off some of the pose work that Demonu4 did previously to experiment with different idle stances. Limbo has also been at work adding more concept attack animations :D.

Helidrone Enemy In-Game!
We've added the Helidrone enemy and its launch pod / spawning nest unit to the game!

I haven't had enough time back at the helm to polish this guy up as much as I'd like, but we're getting there! Along with logic for spawning enemies from a nest like this, we've also added logic for homing ranged attacks with this update. These guys are more dangerous when they pile up on the field as they can fire slow moving projectiles that home in on Onyx.

We still have to add true flying mechanics for enemies, so there are a few instances where the Helidrone colliders are janky still.

Babel Flame Unit Combat Concepts
Limbo's done a great job with the Babel flamethrower enemy animation concepts! FX for this guy should be a lot of fun, but will also require some creativity (and potentially a lot of 2D animation) to both function well and look good with our retro aesthetic.

I think he will end up being one of the more dangerous enemies in the game due to a combination of having large AoE skills that also leave dangerous hazard areas behind.

Limbo has also been working on the Babel Sniper enemy. I think he's done an especially good job with this one of making him unique with his movement / melee component in addition to his ability to stealth and even attack from offscreen.

Mimics WIP!
Brum and TK have made a lot more progress on the mimic boiz this month! The low poly game versions of the Teeth and Bug Mimics are finished, and Brum has done the first pass on in-game materials for the teeth mimic. We've also made a small chest version of the Bug Mimic. TK has been working on the low poly version of the Slime Mimic. We'll start seeing these guys in-game pretty soon!

Thanks for the update news from Eromancer. I like FK/DK-Doll running animations and my guess for FK-Doll's combat style is short range, fast movement, but not hard hitting. As for DK-Doll's combat style, medium range, average movement, stronger than FK-Doll, but slow recovery after swinging the bat. Crucially, their clothing gets destroyed to reveal the goods.

I like the Babel Sniper concept as it reminds me of a Biathlete ( competitor). The Babel Sniper's strides are more like a speed skater rather than a skier. I guess the frantic skating suggests to me that the Babel Sniper must quickly be as far as possible to use the Sniper rifle, where it will be at it's strongest.
