1. Download qBittorrent client program and start it
2. In qBittorrent click File -> Add Torrent Link
3. Copy and paste the hash from first post in that window and hit Download

Thanks. Ive never used this method before. Are the v1 and v2 the same torrent or did they split the collection into two seperate torrents?
